Waterloo-Minis.com: (DOMAIN NAME FOR SALE 3/31/09) - new 4/6/07. Vendor for resin figures painted & unpainted from Battlefield, Dixon, Flames of War. Opened retail shop: Waterloo Minis in Ashland, VA, we redesigned this site 4 times per his request plus our photography, photo galleries, more product pages, etc. This client has downsized his operation - we now have this Domain Name for sale. 2008 Beaver-Lawrence Historical Railroad Society (was Beaver Valley Junction Chapter of the NHRS) redesign Jan 2008 in Conway, PA: (http://www.beavervalleyjunction.org) is a complete redesign - 08/07/06 - with a new domain name & many upgrades including a photo gallery. We continue to serve this happy client. 2009 - we upgrade this site as necessary for restoration projects, news, events, meetings schedules & upload additional fixed photos to their galleries.

Kahndog Publications http://www.kahndog.com This was a complete redesign & upgrade as of 02/23/06. Since we have taken it over, the number of visitors has jumped 300% ! The owner is an Author of Railroad Books & develops historical photos with captions for this website which I enhance or restore & then optimize for the web. This client is very satisfied with our services & prompt daily & weekly updates. We continue to provide services to this client in 2009 including a new logo. 2008 update: we redesigned this site by request omitting some of the extensive photo galleries, news, etc.

In Feb 2006 we did a complete redesign of this entire website to give it a fresh new look. SERVICES WE PROVIDE:

1. We will walk you thru buying a Domain Name & choosing a Hosting Package. This can be easily accomplished together using the phone. We love iPowerWeb for their ease of use, friendly customer service & lots of space & extras. Pay for 2 years for $166.80 that includes your domain name or transfer domain name.

If you already have a Domain Name with another host we will not ask you to transfer unless it is a hosting company located outside of the USA.

2. We will ask you to provide your normal business details. We will not ask you for your credit card number. We respect your privacy so the information you provide that will not get published will not be given or shared with anyone else. All Design is a Give & Take with your ideas implemented with ours for a pleasing eye-catching site. We expect you to provide a LOGO, if not we will try to Design one for you (extra charge for this).

3. You will need to provide any images which must be sharp or be able to be sharpened by us. We prefer Digital images but can scan your Negatives or Slides or prints . Your Images recommend You & Your Business, make each one count. If you need images you do not have on hand to illustrate a particular idea, our Stock Image Library may have the image you need or if you are in our area we will provide our professional photography services. Web Use Fees will apply on a yearly basis. Other images, such as Clip Art can be found for Free on the Microsoft Office Clip Gallery by topic. They can become instant information to your visitor as well as linking to one of your service pages. Or if need be we can photograph your store and/or products for you for an hourly fee.

4. We are doing Shopping Cart sites at this time on a small scale, by using PayPal to provide Buy Now and View Cart for your product sales pages. If you take other credit cards you should let us know. Please state plainly the forms of payment you do take. Please advise your Refund and Return Policy. We ARE familiar with PAYPAL. If you intend to use PayPal, please sign up for a Premium Business Account - see Sign Up Logo Link Below. Please get a business checking account & a credit card for your business - using your personal checking & credit cards is not advised.

5. All our Sites are Search Engine Ready. We will submit for you or provide sites so you can do the Submits yourself. Our Fee Includes a One-time Submit when the site is finished.

6. Forms: Feedback, Solicit Services, Guestbook, Register, etc - all require you to have an Email Host that will accept a Forwarded POP3 mail. If you are an AOL Customer you cannot use this service and will have to sign up for another Email address with another provider like Yahoo or Hotmail or Gmail for instance. If you sign up with iPowerweb for your hosting you will be able to view your email online on their site (for AOL users) or have it forwarded to you if you use Outlook / Outlook Express or other provider.

7. We will sign you up for as many sites that will list your site Link for free as we can find for the kind of business you run. This is in addition to Submits. We also recommend MerchantCircle.com.

OUR FEES 2009: Basic website = home, about us, (1) services and/or (1) products, contact us, search, payment page, links page for $365.00; additional pages added for $20.00 per hour, small updates $6.00 to $10.00, shopping cart pages at $16.00 to $20.00 per hour depending on what has to be done. Logo creation: $100.00 to $150.00. Professional photography services at your location: $50.00 per hour actual photography time. Editing, retouching etc $20.00 per hour. Consultation - advice for your business setup or shipping or any other consultation at $16.00 per hour. Submit to Search Engines $50.00 to $100.00 flat fee - includes hand submits, confirmations, corrections etc. Will also do other placements for you to vendor sites and/or directories.
